These Terms of Service govern your use of healeny.com (the “Site”), operated by PEAKTECH LLC (“Healeny”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We try to show products, colors and sizes accurately, but screens vary. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm the information you give is accurate and you are allowed to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
